Rebel Audiobook Review:
I read Rebel last year. I actually didn’t read it for a few months because I thought a book containing MCs involved in a porn company wouldn’t interest me. Well, I was so so wrong. Rebel is brilliantly written. Nora Phoenix and KM Neuhold have created a cast of beautiful multifaceted characters so easy to fall in love with. In Rebel we meet Troy, a commitment phobic break up artist and Hendrix (Rebel) a remarkably well adjusted and utterly delicious porn actor. The book has super hot scenes, an engaging storyline and a happy ending. I honestly didn’t think I could love this book more, but then I was given a copy of the audiobook narrated by Kenneth Obi. My goodness. It’s so hard to capture in words how fantastic it this book becomes when listened to. What was hot, became filthy (in the best way), what was engaging became emotional and genuinely caused physical reactions in me. I blushed, and laughed out loud, felt more than a little heated lol, I cried (well I got misty and that’s a lot for me) . In short I absolutely recommend the book in print (the whole Ballsy Boys series) and the delicious spoken version. I’m now eagerly awaiting the upcoming audiobook release of Tank !
