Well now, the feels in this one took me way off guard. I even loosed a single tear, and if you know me and my emotional robot heart that’s equivalent to a bevy of doves sobbing. The story moves in and out of the past and present but it makes perfect sense and I think really adds to the telling of the story. Falling in love with single dad Leo and his daughter Lucky is quick and easy, for the reader, and grudgingly for Dr. Grant Anderson as well. I’m just thankful the author decided to consolidate under one pen name and re-release so this touching and frankly sexy story could come to my attention.
