My friends, this book my friends. This book is freaking fantastic. It’s nice and long so you get to experience a lot of different emotional states and situations. Every page oozes with the dedication the author very clearly put in to the story. There is so much want, confusion, desire and joy in the characters of Heath and Sam. The unwavering commitment from Sam is beautiful to read. Heath’s journey is tough and you might want to smack him a few times, but it’s glorious. One of my favourite things is this book is it’s an instalove that even non-instalovers (like myself) will get all caught up in and enjoy. The secondary characters are strong and helpful to the story. We even get to spend awhile with Nick and Colin from The Rainbow Clause. The Rivalry is packed with action both on the field and in the…. well…. lots of places. I truly can’t say enough good things about this football romance.
